The Institute of Science, Nirma University, organised an IQAC-initiated expert lecture on 19 August 2026 for M.Sc. and Ph.D. students.
We were honoured to host Mr. David Novoseller, Founder & Director, NanoClear Systems Pvt. Ltd., Israel, who delivered an insightful talk titled “From Lab Bench to the Market Shelf: What Nobody Teaches You About Turning Science into a Business.”
He shared valuable perspectives on transforming scientific research into market-ready innovations, the entrepreneurial mindset required for commercialisation, and emerging sustainable water-treatment technologies being developed by NanoClear Systems.
The session was attended by 97 M.Sc. and Ph.D. students and faculty members, providing an excellent platform to understand how research can translate into meaningful real-world impact.
The visit was also part of an ongoing research and consultancy collaboration with the Institute of Science, coordinated by Dr. Nasreen Munshi and initiated with the support of our Ph.D. alumna Dr. Purvi Zaveri, NanoClear Systems.
A valuable interaction that truly bridged the gap between scientific research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
