Continuing Education is a lifelong learning process that incorporates skill development or upgrading skills and knowledge through competency based education in order to fulfill the diverse demands of industry, business and the community. Resources available in the form of buildings, laboratories, instruments, capability of faculty members, etc. can be put to use not only for our own students but also for industries, other professionals, and stake holders as well as for the general public.
The institute has been conducting programmes that cater to the requirements of research scholars and faculty involved in academic research as well as industry personnel working for R&D, with the aforementioned view points. So far seven programmes have been conducted since 2014 in the areas of molecular biology, immunology, genetics, cell culture, recombinant DNA technology, gene editing, and bioremediation.
